For FullTank, a major supplier of fuels, lubricants, and AdBlue, we had the opportunity to install a sophisticated water treatment system. This system is capable of producing up to 11,000 liters of ultra-pure water from brackish source water. This ultra-pure water is then used by FullTank in the production of its own AdBlue.
The water is sourced from a brackish well and undergoes purification through a 20 m3 TITAN Magnus Reverse Osmosis system. Afterward, the water is post-filtered and degassed in our own Rem4000 Dynamic multifilters. The water is temporarily stored in a buffer tank before being pumped through a 12 m3 TITAN Magnus Reverse Osmosis system. This system then pushes the clean water through a TITAN EDI cell, purifying over 11,000 liters per hour into ultra-pure water. All above-ground pumps are supplied by Duijvelaar Pumps, and the EDI cell is from the Purewatergroup.
The installation was recently inaugurated in a festive ceremony. It has become a beautiful ultra-pure end product, made possible through our own innovations, and we are quite proud of it.
